Data Separation
Every organization's records are isolated at the database level. District and After School Programs editions are fully separate, and internal data belonging to After School Programs is never visible to a district.

Admins manage settings and invitations, editors build schedules and records, and viewers have read-only access.
Student Data Protection
Rotara SQ does not collect student records. It stores schedules, vendor records, and staff clearance dates only.
Staff Data Protection
Staff clearance information is visible only to signed-in members of the same organization.
Activity Log
Admins can review recent changes: who changed what, and when.
